Marijuana Policy: Lessons from Tobacco?

In the "Perspective" section of the New England Journal of Medicine, two public health specialists suggest that regulators can learn some lessons about how to treat marijuana from experience with the tobacco industry. A broader lesson is that lawyers and legal scholars can find many useful policy pieces in non-legal journals.
