The Internet Law Treatise


The Electronic Frontier Foundation is the host for the Internet Law Treatise, a wiki-based "collaborative treatise summarizing the law related to the Internet with the cooperation of a wide variety of attorneys, law students and others."


Chapters address:

  3. copyright

  5. misappropriation
  6. electronic contracts
  7. privacy and data collection
  8. marketing issues (including spam)
  9. jurisdiction
The Internet Law Treatises is based on Perkins Coie's 2003 based upon the Electronic Media and Privacy Law Handbook.
