The Congressional Research Service has published a new report, Syria's Chemical Weapons: Issues for Congress (Sept. 12, 2013). The report (25 pages) discusses latest developments, policy issues, a brief history and review of the chemical weapons program, a summary of cooperative threat reduction programs, and legislation.
