Sunshine Week 2012 Webcast: Secrecy, Disclosure and the Risks for Security and Accountability

This year’s discussion, “Secrecy, Disclosure and the Risks for Security and Accountability,” will feature two panels. The first panel will focus on the topic of whistleblowers and the press.
